Why are some reps not counting?

Make sure you are in the camera frame and that the camera is not pointing directly at the sun. Indoor recessed lights can be mistaken for balls. On warm days, position your phone in the shade to reduce heat-related camera interruptions. If reps are still missed, contact Workplay support and describe your setup.

How do I connect my Shot Master?

Power on your Shot Master. Select Shooting and enter a session. Tap Shot Master and the Bluetooth icon in the top-right corner. The app will scan for your device so you can connect.
